About me
I am of Korean descent, born in Austria, but primarily educated in the UK France, Switzerland and the US, graduating from Oberlin College with a B.A. in political science and economics, after which I obtained my M.A. in International Business.
My path to directing actually came over editing and script writing, and the fascination with the medium film has never left me since. The telling of compelling stories, manipulating the angles, playing with the perceptions of the audience, and ultimately, creating a visual motion picture that had previously only consisted of words on some 100 pages of paper -- this is quite likely the best job in the world.

The Future of Education
I started writing at the age of 6, and at the age of 12, I was quite convinced that I was going to be a writer. Of course, life has a way of upsetting all plans, and I went off to study political science, economics, and international trade & finance instead.
Nonetheless, I never stopped writing, and I soon realized that writing scripts came easy to me. Even before receiving any kind of formal training at film school and taking courses with a myriad of other industry professionals, dramatic composition and dialogues were a matter of intuition which were only augmented by these courses.
